Shiksha EMS is an education management platform designed to simplify school operations. The client wanted to build a school management system that addresses gaps in existing school management apps.
The goal was to create one centralized platform connecting students, teachers, parents and guardians, drivers, school management and administrative staff, bringing essential school activities together in one system.

Our Approach
We designed Shiksha EMS as a role-based school management system rather than a generic application. Each user group received a dedicated experience tailored to its specific needs, responsibilities and daily tasks.
The UI/UX focused on simplifying complex school operations through intuitive navigation and easy access to frequently used features. Special attention was given to the parent experience, particularly GPS-based bus tracking and timely notifications.
The backend serves as a centralized management system for users, academics, transport, examinations, attendance, finances, subscriptions, communication and reporting. Dedicated GPS tracking components use Node.js and Java, while Flutter enables cross-platform deployment of the Android and iOS applications.
